Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.​  For cancellations less than 24 hours, you may incur a cancellation fee of $27 on your next visit.

We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies do occur. Please do your best to notify us in advance, and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. 

 

This allows us to provide the best service to all our clients and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. It also acknowledges the difficulty in filling last-minute slots where little to no notice is provided.
