Cancellation Policy (Bookings)

Please note we require 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.

For cancellations less than 24 hours, you may be required to pay a surcharge of $25.00 on your next visit.

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. Please do your best to notify us in advance and we will gladly find time to reschedule. This allows us to continue to offer the highest level of service to our clients.
